Mediterranean Potato Salad

Mediterranean Potato Salad

2 lbs red potatoes
1 pint grape/cherry tom.
1 cup sliced celery
1 c sliced green onion
1/2 c fresh basil
3 cloves garlic
2 T red wine vinegar
4 T rice vinegar
6 T olive oil
1 T balsamic vinegar
2 t mustard
1/4 t fresh tyme and oregano
1/2 t fresh ground black pepper
*Slice potatoes into bite size pieces and boil until able to stick with fork. Combine the next 4 ingredients in a bowl (tom. – basil) Make dressing (garlic – black pepper) Throw it all in a bowl and toss
